1. Standards and Eligibility Conditions for Publishing Advertisements

enewsup publishes only those advertisements that are consistent with domestic law, social values and public interest.

Legal and Professional Obligations: Our respect for the country’s prevailing laws, the constitution and online publication policy is beyond question. Advertised products or services must have an updated trade license or approval from the relevant government authority. Full compliance with consumer rights and intellectual property law is mandatory.

Authenticity and Social Responsibility: Claims made in advertisements must be objective and verifiable. No exaggeration that could mislead readers is acceptable. No content that hurts religious, social or cultural sentiments, or that negatively affects the psychology of children and adolescents, may appear in an advertisement.

Editorial Independence and Clear Separation: The distinction between news and advertisement must be clear to readers. Advertising messages, such as sponsored content or advertorials, will be presented in a way that does not blend with regular news. Such posts must clearly carry a ‘Advertisement’, ‘Sponsored’ or ‘Promoted’ tag.

Technical and Aesthetic Standards: Advertisement banners, visuals and language must be tasteful and of high quality. Excessive flashing animation, pop ups that disrupt a reader’s news reading experience, or any link or script containing harmful malware or viruses will not be approved.

Consumer Interest and Data Privacy: The price, discounts and terms of any offer must be clearly stated. Full responsibility for the security of any personal reader data collected through an advertisement rests with the advertiser. enewsup does not collect or share any reader data without authorization.

2. Main Categories of Acceptable Advertisements

We generally publish legitimate promotional advertisements in the following sectors:

• Everyday Products and Services: General consumer goods, fashion, clothing and household products.
• Education and Career: Approved educational institutions, training centers, scholarships and job recruitment notices.
• Financial Sector and IT: Banks, insurance, fintech or MFS services approved by relevant regulatory bodies, along with software, mobile and electronics.
• Housing and Construction: Legitimate housing and real estate projects approved by RAJUK or the relevant authority.
• Health and Medical Services: Approved hospitals, diagnostic centers and information from registered physicians.
• E-commerce and Local Business: E-commerce platforms operating through legitimate processes, and promotion of local restaurants or showrooms.
• Public Interest and Government Messages: Government and private notices related to social awareness, disaster management and civic responsibility.

3. Prohibited and Excluded Categories of Advertisements

enewsup.com does not carry any advertisement that is illegal, deceptive or contrary to public interest.

• Hateful and Discriminatory Promotion: Content that creates hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, color, gender, nationality or physical disability is strictly prohibited.
• Adult and Obscene Content: Sexual services, pornography, nudity or images and advertising language with indecent suggestions.
• Regulated and Harmful Products: All forms of tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, medicines without prescription, weapons and explosive materials.
• Financial Fraud and Unethical Dealings: Get rich quick scams, Ponzi or MLM schemes, online gambling, betting, casinos or unauthorized cryptocurrency related offers.
• Illegal Documents and False Guarantees: Fake certificates, forged visas or passports, and unscientific claims of curing illness or changing fortune through superstition or miracles.

4. Payment, Cancellation and Authority’s Rights

Payment Policy: As per the agreement, the fixed price of the advertisement must be paid in advance before it goes live.

Advertisement Cancellation and Change: If an advertiser chooses to withdraw an advertisement on their own after it has gone live, the amount paid is non refundable. However, if an advertisement is suspended due to a technical error or a site issue, the equivalent extra time will be added.

Final Decision: enewsup reserves the full right to verify the authenticity and quality of any advertisement. In case of any breach of this policy, enewsup authority retains the final power to decide to cancel an advertisement at any time without prior notice.
